Overview:
This comprehensive roadmap addresses the trajectory of micro/nanorobot research from foundational science to practical implementation. It evaluates propulsion methods, collective intelligence, smart materials, and scale-up challenges including manufacturing, regulatory hurdles, ethics, and market adoption. Importantly, it offers clear guidance for future research—mirroring EVA’s objective to bridge science and application in micro/nanorobotics.
We congratulate the entire author team and look forward to leveraging these insights within the EVA project’s roadmap toward next-gen magnetic nanoparticle-driven therapies.
